PROJECT INFORMATION
The Nest
The Nest is a private four-floor villa designed for both personal use and income generation. The ground floor features a kitchen and reception areas, while the first floor includes bedrooms and a master suite. The second and third floors consist of four luxury apartments designed as Airbnb-style rentals, ensuring privacy for the main villa while providing additional income.

- Dual-purpose design that combines private living spaces with income-generating rental units

- A design that ensures the main villa remains private even when rentals are occupied.
- Construction reached the finishing stage, with ceiling works, tiling, windows, and AC ducting completed.
Indigo’s Role:
Indigo served as both the designer and project manager for The Nest. We oversaw the construction process, which reached the finishing stage before being halted due to the current conflict in Sudan. Our work included designing the villa and rental units, managing construction, and ensuring the project met high standards of quality and functionality.
