Savana Residences is a premium gated community in Wad Madani, Sudan, designed to meet the needs of expatriates seeking high-quality housing. The project features 12 multistory buildings with three types of apartments, offering various layout options. The community is complemented by green spaces and shared facilities, creating a comfortable and luxurious living environment.

Indigo played a pivotal role in the Savana Residences project by conducting a detailed feasibility study, compiling a proposed budget, and researching the spatial requirements of expatriates. Our team also explored funding options and completed Phase 1 of the architectural design, ensuring the project was well-planned and aligned with the needs of its future residents.
